visible mold small pool

The cleanliness was definitely an issue i noticed. there was visible mold and limescale in the bathroom. It significantly affected the overall impression. the pool was small and more for relaxation. It wasn't suitable for swimming so i was a bit disappointed. i thought they could have done a better job maintaining basic hygiene.

i was charmed by the efficient early check-in. the room was really spacious, it also featured tea and coffee facilities. i appreciated the access to the rooftop pool!

The room felt somewhat tired. The wallpaper needed some attention. the shower also caused some flooding in the bathroom, and this proved to be an issue throughout my stay.

kind bellman helpful recommendations complimentary wine extra desserts

the bellman was kind and helpful. he assisted with our luggage and offered recommendations for lunch spots. i felt very welcome because of his courteousness (a true gem!). we received complimentary water, red wine, and desserts in our room.

the lighting under the refrigerator sink area could use improvement. i found it a little dim when accessing appliances there.
